Ingredients
- 1 POULET CUT ON 4 PART
- 1 CHOPPED ONION
- SALT AND PEPPER
- 1 TBSP CURCUMA
- 1 TBSP GINGER
- 1 CHOPPED TOMATOE
- 1 CHOPPED GARLIC
- 2 TBSP PARSLEY
- 2 BAY LEAF
- 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL OR OIL
Instructions
- FIRST WE WASH CHIKEN WITH WATER AND SALT AND SOME LEMON JUICE MIX THE ONION AND ALL INGREDIENTS BRUSH WITH IT THE CHICKEN AND PUT IT IN A COOKER PRESSURE ADD OIL AND WATER AND RICE THAT WE HAVE ALREADY COOKED A HALF COOKING COVER AND COOK FOR 30 MINUTES ENJOY
