  • 1 POULET CUT ON 4 PART
  • 1 CHOPPED ONION
  • SALT AND PEPPER
  • 1 TBSP CURCUMA
  • 1 TBSP GINGER
  • 1 CHOPPED TOMATOE
  • 1 CHOPPED GARLIC
  • 2 TBSP PARSLEY
  • 2 BAY LEAF
  • 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL OR OIL

Instructions
 

  • FIRST WE WASH CHIKEN WITH WATER AND SALT AND SOME LEMON JUICE
    MIX THE ONION AND ALL INGREDIENTS BRUSH WITH IT THE CHICKEN AND PUT IT IN A COOKER PRESSURE ADD OIL AND WATER AND RICE THAT WE HAVE ALREADY COOKED A HALF COOKING COVER AND COOK FOR 30 MINUTES
