  • 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC FINLY MINCED
  • 3 TBSP DRIED ORIGANO
  • 3 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  • 3/4 TBSP CUMINPOWDER
  • 1/4 TSP CHILLI FLAKES
  • 200 GMS LETTUCE
  • CHOPPED TOMATOES
  • 1/2 CUP KIDNEY BEANS BOIOLED
  • 1 AVOCADO
  • SPRING ONION

Instructions
 

  • IN A SMALL GLASS ,ADD THE EXTRA VIRGIN OIL,FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES ,MINCED GARLIC ,DRIED ORIGANO ,LEMON JUICE ,CUMINPOWDER ANDCHILLI FLAKES AND WHISK ALL THE INGREDIENTS WELL .THIS FOR THR DRESSING
    FOR THE SALAD
    ROUGHLY CHOP THE LETTUCE INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES
    IN A BOWL,ADD THE LETTUCE ,CHOPPED TOMATOES ,CORN,BOILED KIDNEY BEANS ,AVOCADO,SPRING ONION AND LITTLE DRESSING AND TOSS THE INGRDIENTS .
    KEEPADDING THE DRESSING AS YOU TOSS THE SALAD THROUGH
    THE SALAD IS READY TO BE SERVED
