- 500 G FLOUR
- 135 G SUGAR
- 50 G BUTTER
- 10 G INSTANT YEAST
- 200 ML MILK
- 1 TBSP VANILLA
- 1/2 TSP SALT
Instructions
- FIRST YOU PLAIN FLOUR ADD SUGAR ,INSTANT YEAST EGGS ,VANILLA,BUTTER ,MILK ,MIX IT VERY WELL TO COMBINE FOR 20 MINUTES TO HAVE A STRETCHY DOUGH ,BRUSH A BOWL WITH SOME OIL ,PLACE THE DOUGH IN THE BOWL ,LEAVE TO RISE DOUBLE SIZE 2 HOURS .CUT THE DOUGH INTO 10 EQUAL PIECES AND EQUAL WEIGHTS .MOULD EACH DOUGH INTO ROUND SHAPES MAKING SURE THERE ARE NO SPLITS OR CRACKS .LEAVE TO RISE FOR AN HOUR .FRY IN HOT OIL
