  • FIRST YOU PLAIN FLOUR ADD SUGAR ,INSTANT YEAST EGGS ,VANILLA,BUTTER ,MILK ,MIX IT VERY WELL TO COMBINE FOR 20 MINUTES TO HAVE A STRETCHY DOUGH ,BRUSH A BOWL WITH SOME OIL ,PLACE THE DOUGH IN THE BOWL ,LEAVE TO RISE DOUBLE SIZE 2 HOURS .
    CUT THE DOUGH INTO 10 EQUAL PIECES AND EQUAL WEIGHTS .
    MOULD EACH DOUGH INTO ROUND SHAPES MAKING SURE THERE ARE NO SPLITS OR CRACKS .
    LEAVE TO RISE FOR AN HOUR .
    FRY IN HOT OIL
