  • 3/4 CUP COLD UNSALTED BUTTER
  • 2 EGG YOLK
  • 1 CUP CREAM CHEESE
  • 1/2 CUP WHITE CHEDDAR
  • 1 TBSP SALTED BUTTER
  • 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  • 1 TBSP CORNSTARCH
  • 1 ZEST LEMON
  • 1 LARGE EGG
  • 1/2 TBSP VANILLA EXCTRACT
  • 1 TBSP SUGAR

Instructions
 

  • IN A BOWL PUT SUGAR ADD SALT AND COLD BUTTER EGG YOLK MIX WITH YOUR HANDS AND ADD FLOUR ,TAKE ASIDE INA FRIDGE THEN JUMP TO THE CREAM IN A PAN PUT CREAM CHEESE ADD CHEDDAR BUTTER,LEMON JUICE THE ZEST OF LEMON ,ADD LARGE EGG ,VANILLA AND SUGAR ADD THE CORNSTARCH ,MIX WELL AND LET IT COOL FOR 2 HOUR
    ROLL OUT THE DOUGH ON A WELL -FLOURED SURFACE ,CUT OUT THE DOUGH TO FIT YOUR PIE MOLD ,POKE THE BOTTOM WITH THE FORK ,THEN REFRIGERATE FOR 15 MINUTES ,BAKE FOR 6 MINUTES
    FOLD IN 1/2 CUP WHIPPED HEAVY CREAM TO THECHILLED CHEESE MIXTURE
    BRUSH THE CRUST WITH EGG WHITES
    PUT A SPOON CHEESE MIXTURE ON THE PREPARED CRUST
    BRUSH A THIN LAYER OF EGG WASH ON THE TOP OF THE CHEESE MIXTURE BAKE FOR 7 MINUTES
