  • 1 TBSP PARSLEY
  • 1 TBSP PARMESAN
  • 1 MEDIUM CLOVE OF GARLIC
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 CUP OF HOT WATER
  • HALF BEEF STOCK CUBE

Instructions
 

  • SOAK THE BREAD IN WATER FOR 5 MINUTES
    IN THE MEANTIME HEAT UP SOME OLIVE OIL
    FRY HALF OF ONION FOR A FEW MINUTES
    ADD TOMATO PUREE
    ADD SALT AND PEPPER
    COOK IT FOR A FEW MINUTES
    SQUEEZE OUT THE WATER FROM THE BREAD ,ADD TO GROUND OF BEEF
    ADD PARSLEY AND PARMESAN
    ADD A CLOVE OF GARLIC ,SALT AND PEPPER
    1 WHOLE EGG
    MAKE SMALL BALLS ,ADD TO THE SAUCE
    ADD A CUP OF WATER
    HALF BEEF STOCK CUBE
    COVER COOK FOR 20 MINUTES
    AFTER A FEW MINUTES GENTLY TURN THE MEATBALLS
    STIR EVERY NOW AND THEN
    THEY ARE READY
