- 1 TBSP DRIED OREGANO
- 1 TBSP PARSLEY
- SALT AND PEPPER

- FOR CREAMY GARLIC CHICKENLET'S START BY POUNDING 2 CHICKEN BREASTS TO FLATTEN THE THICKER SIDEDRY BRINEWITH SALT AND PEPPER ON BOTH SIDESSET ASIDE FOR A FEW MINUTES MINCE CLOVES OF GARLICCHOP THE ONIONHEAT THE PAN AND SPLASH WATER OVER ITADD OLIVE OIL AND BUTTERADD GARLIC AND LET INFUSE THE OILSEAR CHICKEN ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL COOKED THROUGHADD MORE OLIVE OIL IN THE PAN IF THE PAN GETS TOO DRY SET ASIDE FOR LATERREMOVE THE GARLIC CLOVES AND ADD BUTTER TO THE PANPUT ONION UNTIL TRANSLUCENTADD 1/2 CUP WATER CHICKEN STOCKSQUEEZE THE JUICE OF HALF A LIME AND MIXADD PARSLEY AND OREGANO SIMMER UNTIL ONIONS ARE SOFT AND LIQUID HAS REDUCED POUR HEAVY CREAM MIX UNTIL COMBINEDWHEN SAUCE IS READY ,ADD THE CHICKEN AND SIMMER 1 MINUTEITSREADY!
