  • FINE HERB
  • DRIZZLE SOME OIL

Instructions
 

  • IN A BLENDER ADD 1 EGGPLANT AND 3 EGGS ADD ZUCHINI MIX IT WELL
    PUT THE MIXTURE IN A BOWL
    ,ADD SLT AND PEPPER ,GARLIC ,OIL ,FLOUR AND MIX IT WELL
    NOW ADD MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND FINE HERB ,MIX WELL
    IN A PAN DRIZZLE SOME SOME OIL AND SPREAD IT WITH A BRUCH
    WITH A TABLESPOON ,TAKE A BIT OF THE MIXTURE AND PUT IN THE PAN
    ,KEEP DOOING IT TILL THE PAN IS FULL
    WHEN ONE SIDE OF THE TORTILLA TURNS GOLDEN ,FLIP IT AND FRY THE OTHER SIDE ,REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS WITH THE REST OF THE MIXTURE
