- 1 FRENCH BREAD
- 1/2 KG MINCED MEAT
- 1 CHOPPED ONION
- 1/2 CUP CORIANDER FRECH
- 1/2 TBSP TURMERIC
- 1 TBSP GINGER
- 1TBSP GARLIC
- GREEN CHILIES
Instructions
- CUT THE BREAD ON PIECES AND SOAK THEM IN WATER UNTIL IS SOGGYSQUEEZE THE WATER OUT OF THE BREAD AND PLACE IT IN A LARGE BOWL ,ADD ALL THE REST INGREDIENTS AND MIX IT WELLTHEN START FORMING YOUR MEATBALLS INTO SMALL BALL YOU CAN FREEZE THE BALLS ,OR YOU CAN FRY IT .TO FRY THE MEATBALLS HEAT THE OIL IN A LARGE FRYING PANENJOY
