FISH TAGINE
Ingredients
- 1 LEMON CONFIT
- 2 TOMATOES SLICED
- 2 TBSP CHOPPED PARSLEY
- 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER
- 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
- 1/2 TBSP CUMIN
- 1/2 TBSP PAPRIKA
- SALT AND PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL
- 1/2 KG MONKFISH STEAK
- 2 CARROT SLICED
- 2 POTATOES SLICED
- 1 A CUT RED PEPPER
Instructions
- FIRST CUT THE LEMON CONFIT IN BLENDER PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A DISH OR IN A TAGINE PUT PTATOES , CARROT ,FISH AND THE SAUCE ,PUT ON LEMON CONFIT ,RED PEPPER ,OLIVE OIL , TOMATOES ,COVER AND LET COOK FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES ENJOY
