  • 1/2 TBSP PAPRIKA
  • SALT AND PEPPER
  • 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL
  • 1/2 KG MONKFISH STEAK
  • 2 CARROT SLICED
  • 2 POTATOES SLICED
  • 1 A CUT RED PEPPER

Instructions
 

  • FIRST CUT THE LEMON CONFIT
    IN BLENDER PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS
    IN A DISH OR IN A TAGINE PUT PTATOES , CARROT ,FISH AND THE SAUCE ,PUT ON LEMON CONFIT ,RED PEPPER ,OLIVE OIL , TOMATOES ,COVER AND LET COOK FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES
