  • 20 CL FRESH LIQUID CREAM
  • 1 TBSP GRATED NUTMEG
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC
  • A KNOB OF BUTTER
  • SALT AND PEPPER

Instructions
 

  • PEEL POTATO AND COOKED IN A SAUCEPAN WITH SALTED WATER.
    PUT THE POTATO SLICES IN A GRATIN DISH
    PREPARE THE SAUCE :MIX ALL INGREDIENTS ,PUT IT ON POTATOES AND BAKE IT IN THE OVEN
    SPRINKLE CHEESE ON THE GRATIN AND ENJOY .
