  • FIRST,I PROPOSE TO PUT THE EGGPLANTS IN THE OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES ,AFTER YOU CAN REMOVE THE SKIN OR LEAVE IT US YOU LIKE ,CUT THE EGGPLANTS OR
    IN A PAN PUT THE CHOPPED TOMATOES AND ALL INGREDIENTS ,COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES ,IT IS READY .
