  • 2 CUPS WATER
  • GARLIC
  • 1 TBSP CUMIN
  • 1 TBSP SWEET PAPRIKA
  • 4 TSPS VEGETABLE OIL
  • PARSLEY
  • PUMPKIN
  • HOT PEPPER
  • 1 CHOPPED TOMATO
  • CONCENTRATED TOMATO
  • OLIVE OIL
  • SALT

Notes

METHOD
Wach lenses very well and put it in a pan ,add water ,garlic ,cumin,sweet paprica,parsley,oil ,let it cook for about 15 minutes add pumpkin ,hot pepper.
Add chopped tomato ,concentred tomato,and some olive oil,salt .
Enjoy.
