Ingredients
- 1/4 KG LENSES
- 2 CUPS WATER
- GARLIC
- 1 TBSP CUMIN
- 1 TBSP SWEET PAPRIKA
- 4 TSPS VEGETABLE OIL
- PARSLEY
- PUMPKIN
- HOT PEPPER
- 1 CHOPPED TOMATO
- CONCENTRATED TOMATO
- OLIVE OIL
- SALT

METHOD
Wach lenses very well and put it in a pan ,add water ,garlic ,cumin,sweet paprica,parsley,oil ,let it cook for about 15 minutes add pumpkin ,hot pepper.
Add chopped tomato ,concentred tomato,and some olive oil,salt .
