Ingredients
  

  • 250G BROCCOLI
  • 2 TBL FRESH GOAT CHEESE
  • 10 G HAZELNUT
  • 1 HANDFUL BABY GREENS

Notes

1.STEP
Heat a pot of boiling water for the broccoli .cut the broccoli into florets ,separate the small ones and cut larger ones in two. Crush the nuts with the back of a large knife.
2.STEP
Put the broccoliin the boiling water with a pinch of salt . Cook for 7 minutes then rince with cold waterto stop them cooking .
3.STEP
In a large bowl ,mix together the broccoli ,salad,crumble goat’s cheese ,nuts ,salt and pepper and pepper and a  bit of olive oil . serve!
