  • 150 G HAM CUT INTO STRIPS
  • 1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
  • 2 GRATED SMALL ZUCCHINI
  • 2/3 CUP GRATED CHEESE
  • 2/3 CUP FLOUR
  • 4 EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN
  • 1 TBSP CHOPPED DILL
  • 1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL

preheat oven
place the onion,zucchini ,ham,cheese and flour in a large bowl .Add eggs oil,dill,salt and pepper,folding with a spoon ,until well combined .
Cook for 30 minutes until golden and set ,serve ,enjoy.
