creamy gratin with potatoes

ingredients:

4 sliced potatoes

salt and pepper

3 tbsp butter

3 tbsp flour

2cups milk

1 cup cheese

directions:

preheat the oven

layer the potatoes into bottom of the prepared cassrole dish ,season with salt and pepper

in a sauce pan melt butter add flour and salt stir constantly for a minute stir in milk ,stir in cheese ,continue until melted ,poor cheese over potatoes cover with aluminum foil,bake 1 hour in the oven
