cheesecake pie


for the cheesecake

cooking spray

3 blocks cream cheese ;softened

1 c.packed brown sugar

3 eggs

1/4 c.sour cream

2 tbsp.all-purpose flour

1 tsp.pure vanilla

1/4 tsp.salt

for the crust

1 sleeve graham crackers,finely crushed

5 tbsp melted butter

1/4c brown sugar


for the topping

4 tbsp butter

1/2 brown sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 heavy cream

1c chopped pecans



for cheese cake;in a bowl beat cream cheese and sugar with hand mixer add eggs ;flour ;vanilla;and salt.

for crust;mix graham cracker crumbs,melted butter,sugar,salt.

pour filling over crust.wrap bottom of pan in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.bake until center of cheesecake only slightly jiggles ,let thecheesecake cool refrigerate at least 5hours.

make pie topping,in a nonstick skillet over low heat ,melt butter and sugar until bubbly ,stir in cinnamon ;heavy cream ,pecans,salt;then remove from heat and let cool ;
