1 Large chopped onion

3 Celery ribs with leaves

6 Tablespoos butter

6 tablespoons flour


1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme,savory and parsley

2cups milk

3big carrots cut into pieces

2cups chicken broth

1package frozen peas

let’s go to the recipe: a large pan ,saute onion and celery in butter until tender,stir in flour and seasonings,gradually add milk ,bring to a boil, add carrots,cover and simmer for 15minutes.

2.Add peas, cover and simmer for minutes or until vegetables are tender.
