Spinach and minced meat brick

1 Sweat the onions in a tablespoon of olive oil and a knob of butter. Add the spinach then the minced meat, salt, pepper and season. Cook over low heat, covered. Before the end of cooking, add 2 tablespoons of single cream (this will make the filling smooth) and turn off after 10 seconds. Once everything is cooked, let stand for 5 minutes.
2 Take the bricks leaves cut in half lengthwise. Fold the rounded side to the side that is not. On the end, put the equivalent of a tablespoon of your stuffing with a little Turkish or laughing cow cheese (note: do not add too much cheese, it overflows during cooking). And fold the sheet of brik into a triangle (instructions for use on the packaging of the sheets).
To finish
Heat a little frying oil in a pan and brown the bricks on each side over medium heat.
