Spaghetti with scallops and prawns

1 Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the prawns and scallops and brown for about 5-7 minutes. Remove the head of the shrimp. Reserve the seafood.
2 Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water with a drizzle of oil. Drain and keep warm.
3 Eglaze the pan with the lemon juice. Add the garlic and half the parsley. Pour in the cream and reduce for 3-4 minutes. Salt and pepper.
To finish
Pour the sauce over the spaghetti. Add seafood and sprinkle with parsley.
