Small zucchini pancakes

1 Whisk the eggs, add the milk, melted butter and salt. Mix the dough until smooth, then add the yeast.
2 Grate the zucchini then add them to the preparation. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
To finish
Heat a pancake pan, lightly oil it and pour a small ladle of batter into it. Cook the pancakes over medium heat, when small bubbles appear on the surface, turn them over and continue cooking until the dough no longer sticks. Repeat the operation until all the preparation is used up.
