Milk rice

In a saucepan, pour a liter of water with a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Add the rice and let it cook for 3 minutes before draining it. The goal is to clean the rice to get rid of its dust .2
Pour the milk and the liquid cream into a saucepan. Scrape the inside of a vanilla bean and add it with the beans to the pan. Cut a cinnamon stick lengthwise and immerse it with the rest. Bring everything to a boil.
To finish
Pour the rice and sugar into the saucepan. Cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes, watching and stirring occasionally. Stop cooking when the rice is cooked through and there is a little milk left in the pot.
