Goat cheese and honey omelet

1 Cut the goat cheese into small pieces and do the same with the fresh parsley.
2 Put the olive oil in the hot pan and add the beaten and salted eggs.
3 When the omelet begins to set, place the parsley and cheese on top.
To finish
At the end of cooking, add the honey and fold the omelet. The honey will caramelize a little.
