Cookie and cream ice cream

1 In a saucepan, heat the milk and unsweetened condensed milk with the sugar and vanilla extract over low heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool, then refrigerate.
2 Gently fold in the whipped whipped cream into the mixture. Pour everything into the ice cream maker.
3 Once the ice cream has set, add the crumbled Oreo cookies and mix gently with a fork. Pour it into a Tupperware or low-temperature container and place it in the freezer for at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
To finish
This ice cream can be kept for 3 months in the freezer. Let it soften a little at room temperature a quarter of an hour before serving.
