Banana-chocolate bricks

1 Peel and cut the bananas into slices. In a non-stick pan, place the sugar and let it brown. Then add the bananas and the butter. Cook for 1 minute, coating the banana pieces in the caramel, then set aside.
Cut each pastry sheet in half. Fold the rounded part down. Brush with a little milk using a kitchen brush. Place a small tablespoon of banana 4 cm from the edge and crush a few pieces of chocolate on top.
Fold the sheet over to form triangles. Tuck the edge of the sheet into a fold of the triangle. Brush the top again with a little milk.
To finish
Heat the frying oil and place the bricks in it. Lightly brown them on each side, place them on absorbent paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
