Vineyard salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 6 salmon fillets (approximately 1 kg)
  • 700 g of potatoes
  • 2 nice tomatoes
  • 6 shallots
  • 15 cl of dry white wine
  • 1 good glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt, pepper

Notes

1 Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker. Meanwhile, mince the shallots and cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
2 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6). Peel and slice the potatoes in a large dish. Add the tomatoes, shallots, chopped parsley, thyme, bay leaf, allspices, salt, pepper, wine and water.
To finish
Cut the salmon into 6 pieces. Place them in the dish. Cook for about 20 minutes, basting once during cooking.
