Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon steaks or cutlets
  • 4 salmon steaks or cutlets
  • 5 carrots
  • 3 leeks
  • fresh liquid cream
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper

Notes

1 Cut the potatoes, carrots and leeks into thin slices. Place the potato slices in the bottom of the dish first, then the carrots and finally the leeks.
2Place the 4 salmon steaks or cutlets on the vegetables.
3 Put a small piece of butter on each piece of salmon, season with salt and pepper and cover the dish with aluminum.
4 Put the dish in the oven at a thermostat of 220 degrees for 40 minutes.
5 Heat the liquid cream, to which we have added lemon juice, for a few minutes in a saucepan.
To finish
Take the dish out of the oven and incorporate the sour cream directly into the dish. Serve a salmon steak and vegetables per person.
