HOW TO MAKE PHULKA
Ingredients
- 2 CUPS WHEAT FLOUR
- 1 TSP SALT
- WARM WATER
Notes
1.Put the flour ,add salt and warm water gradually mix it well ;knead 10 minutes.
2.Cover it with moist muslin cloth .
3.Let it sit for 30 minutes.
4.Do small balls
5.Cook the bottom for few seconds on medium flame.
6.When slight air bubbles appareat at the top flip the roti.
7.Let it cook well and enjoy.
