YOGHURT CAKE

Ingredients
  

  • 1 SINGLE YOGHURT POT
  • ½ OIL
  • 2 POT SUGAR
  • 3 POTS FLOUR
  • 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 2 TSP BAKING POWDER

Notes

1.Preheat the oven to 180°c.
2.Whisk the eggs.Gently mix in the other ingredients in the following order:yoghurt,oil,sugar,flour and finally the vanilla extract and baking powder 
3.Pour in the mould and bake for 40 minutes .
