Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 250g Plain flour
  • 1 spoon to s Salt
  • 4 Egg
  • 75g butter
  • 1 bag Baking powder
  • 150ml Milk
  • 150ml Water
  • 60g Sugar
  • 2 bag Vanilla Sugar
  • Oil
  • (Optional) rum

Notes

Mix the flour and salt, make a well in the center and break the eggs there. Add the melted butter, milk and water. Whisk with a manual or electric whisk. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, yeast and possibly rum. Whisk again. The dough should be liquid and fluid. Otherwise, add more water.

Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes. Pour the batter into the pre-oiled waffle iron molds.

Cook for about 3 minutes, turning the waffle iron halfway through cooking.

Eat these waffles sprinkled with icing sugar, with jam, nutella, maple syrup ...
