Marinated salmon

  • 500g salmon fillet
  • a lemon
  • dill or fennel branches
  • 3 spoon olive oil soup
  • salt, pepper


1 Cut the salmon into thin slices or cubes if you want to vary from one time to another.
2 Prepare the marinade in a container: mix the olive oil, dill or chopped fennel, a dash of lemon juice, salt, pepper. Do not add more than a quarter of a lemon, otherwise it may cook the salmon.
To finish
Pour the marinade over the salmon. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
