Ingredients
  

  • 1KG MEAT OF SHEEP
  • 1 GLASS ALMONDS
  • SALT AND PEPPER
  • 1 LARGE SPOON GINGER
  • TWO STICKS CINNAMON
  • ONE BAYAIAN
  • 1 LARGE SPOON CURCUMA
  • SAFFRON
  • ½L WATER
  • 1 CUP OLIVE OIL

Instructions
 

  • NOTE:PUT MEAT AND ALMONDS THE SAME TIME

Notes

Put everything in a pot and let cook for one hour .
In the final add a spoon of honey in the sauce .
You can add some dry apricots and grapes .
Decorate with sesame ,enjoy.
