BECHAMEL SAUCE
THIS WAY IS VERY EASY TO MAKE YOUR BECHAMEL SAUCE.
Ingredients
- 4 LARGE SPOON BUTTER
- 4 LARGE SPOON FLOUR
- ½L MILK
- CHEESE
- SALT AND PEPPER
Notes
In a blender put the milk ,butter,salt and pepper,flour ,mix it for 2 minutes then put it in a pot on fire ,do not stop mixing with the wooden spatula,then add cheese .
