TAJINE OF MEAT WITH DRY APRICOTS

Ingredients
  

  • 1KG LAMB MEAT
  • SALT AND PEPPER
  • 1 ONION
  • A CLOVE OF GARLIC
  • 1 LARGE SPOON GINGER
  • 1 LARGE SPOON CURCUMA
  • SAFFRON
  • 2 SPOONS SESAME GRAIN
  • SOME GRILLED ALMONDS
  • 1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 2 CINNAMON STICK
  • ¼ APRICOTS¼
  • 1 SPOON CINNAMON POWDER

Notes

1.In a pot put the meat,sliced onion,chopped garlic ,salt and pepper,ginger,curcuma,saffron,oil,cinnamon stick,leather one hour 
2.For the apricots:rinse the apricots and put it in the saucepan with 1/4 liter water,cinnamon stick and cinnamon powder ,let it boil 15 mn and add some sugar ti have syrup.
3.To serve put the meat in a plate and sauce decorate with apricots ,almonds and sprinkle with grain sesame.
