IT'S A CARAMEL FLAN ,OR DESSERT CARAMEL CREAM TOPPED A LAYER OF CARAMEL ,IT'S A TASTY DISH WORLDWIDE

Ingredients
  

  • 1 LITER MILK
  • 3 EGGS
  • 3 EGG YOLKS
  • 200G SUGAR
  • 1 SACHET VANILLA

Notes

1.Heat the milk with the vanilla
2.In a bowl put the eggs ,3egg yolks,sugarmix it and whiten the mixture
3.Once the milk is hot put it on the mixture
4.Put liquid caramel in the bottom of the ramekins then fill it with mixture
5.Put ramekins in a plate ,put water halfway up the ramequins(bains -marie)
6.Put in the oven for 45mn let cool then put it in the fridge.
