BANGERS AND MASH
Ingredients
- 2 POUNDS FRESH CHICKEN SAUSAGES
- 2 POUNDS POTATOES,PEELED AND DICED
- SALT
- 4 LARGE SPOONS BUTTER
- 4 OUNCES CREME FRAICHE
- 1/2 CUP WHOLE MILK
- MUSTARD
- BLACK PEPPER
- PARSLEY FOR GARNISH
Notes
1.Put the sausages in the oven 20mn.
2.Place the potatoes in a large saucepan with butter and salt and enough water to cover the potatoes .Bring to a boil . Drain the potatoes in a colander and return them to the saucepan add the butter ,creme fraiche ,milk,mustard,salt,pepper,and beat the potatoes in the pan with handheld mixer .
3.To serve,put a portion of potatoes on a dinner plate and top with sausages garnish with parsley.
