TIRAMISU

Ingredients
  

  • 6 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR
  • 3 GLASS COFFEE
  • 1 PAQUET CHOCOLATE
  • 1 PACKET SPONGE FINGER

Notes

First prepare 3cups of coffee then pour it into a dish and leave it to cool.Break into a big bowl .keep the whites apart.Mix the yolks with the sugar then add the mascarpone and mix again .Beat the whites until stiff.then ,put them in the mixing bowl and stir very very slowly until you get a light cream .Take a wide bowl ,not too high ,to keep the tiramisu .dip the sponge fingers one by one in the coffee .the biscuits must be semi soaked.Lay them on the bottom of the wide bowl .spread hard cream over them .then lay again dipped fingers and cover with cream grate chocolate generousely on the top .the recipe is finished .put the bowl in the fridge and leave overnight before tasting.
