PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients
  

  • 120G GRANULATED SUGAR
  • 1 TEA SPOON GROUND CINNAMON
  • 1/2 TEA SPOON SALT
  • 1/4 TEA SPOON GROUND CLOVES
  • 1/2 TEA SPOON GROUND GINGER
  • 2 LARGE EGGS
  • 500G PRESSED PUMPKIN
  • 35 CL LIGHT CREAM
  • 1 UNBAKED 9 INCH DEEP DISH PIE SHELL

Notes

Mix sugar,cinnamon,salt,ginger,and cloves in a small bowl.
Beat eggs in a large bowl.Stir in pumpkin and sugar -spice mixture
Gradually stir in light cream.
Pour into pie shell ,bake in preheated 220°oven for 15mn .
Bake for 50 mn .cool on wire rack for 2 hours .serve immediately or refrigerate ,top with whipped cream before serving ,enjoy .
