• 250G FLOUR
  • 75G SUGAR
  • A SALT
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1/4 L MILK
  • 50 G BUTTER


Pour the flour ,salt and the eggs in a bowl ,mix
Add the sugar and a little melted butter ,mix
Gradually pour milk into the mixture and mix again 
Let  mixture stand at least 15 mn in the fridge 
Cook the pancakes in a buttered pan.
