  • 1/2 CUP COOKED QUINOA
  • 1/4 CUP PUMPKIN SEEDS
  • 1/2 CUP GRILLED CHICKEN.TURKEY OR SALMON
  • 1/2 AVOCADO,DICED

  • SALAD IS VERY HEALTY

DIRECTIONS
Place kale and spinach in bowl and mix ,add quinoa ,pumpkin seeds and chicken,top with avocado and enjoy.
