BREAD LOAF
Ingredients
- 2 CUPS WATER
- 2 TSP DRY YEAST
- 1 TSP SALT
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 5 CUPS PLAIN WHITE FLOUR
Notes
1.Put the water in a large bowl
2.Then put in the yeast and stir with your hand until the yest is dissolved in the water.
3.Add salt and olive oil.
4.Start slowly adding the flour a little bit at the time by using one hand to pour.
5.Once you have film mass _ start using both hands to knead the dough and add in more flour as the dough goes sticky.
