MOROCCAN SOUP _HARIRA_

MOROCCAN SOUP

2OO g lamb meat, diced
Celery and parcely finely chopped
10 cl vegetable_oil
100 g chickpeas tricked into the water the night before
Salt
Pepper
Curcuma
Flour
Water
2 large spoon of concentrated tomato
1 glass of tomato juice
100g rice
1 grated onion
A half of lemon juice
(HARIRA) is a rich and thick soup, delicious at one time ,consomed in Ramadan and at wedding breakfast with hard boiled eggs ,dates and Moroccan cookies .
STEP 1
In a casserole dish ,put meat,celery,parcley,pepper,curcuma,oil,chickpeas,a half l water ,leave leather for a half an hour
STEP 2
Cover with half a l water ,and let it boil ,add 3larges spoon of flour mixed with water and let it boil ,add tomato juice ,concentrated tomate and salt ,lemon juice .
