Moroccan cookies

CHABAKIA

CHABAKIA is a Moroccan cookies with sesame fried and covered in honey ,it is very delicious .
For the dough
A bol of golden sesame seeds
Apinch of mastic grains
A quarter of glass sugar
4 cups flour
Salt
A large spoon of cinnamon
A little saffron
Curcuma
1 egg
A half of glass of melted butter
A quarter glass of olive_oil
Aquarter glass vinegar
A quarter glass orange tree flower water
Alarge spoon of baker's yeast
A half of litre vegetable-oil for frying
A half kilo honey
A glass of sesame seeds grilled to garnish
STEP 1
STEP 1Toast the sesame seeds in the oven, then go to the robot to have a powder.
STEP 2 Add sugar,flour,and dry ingredients.
STEP 3 Mix all ingredients and mix to have an homogeneous doug
STEP 4 Knead 10mn .
STEP 5 Divide the dough en 4 parts .
STEP 6 With carried coin shape soft squared
STEP 7Fry into honey and sprinkle of sesame .
