Ingredients
  

  • 225 G ODLUMS CREAM
  • PLAIN FLOUR
  • 125 G BUTTER
  • 150 ML COLD WATER
  • 4 LARGE COOKING APPLES PEELED CORED AND SLICED
  • SUGAR
  • ICING SUGAR TO DUST

Notes

HOW TO
Preheat the oven to 200°c 
grate hard butter into the flour
and mix to a soft dough with the knife.
Roll out half the pastry, arrange apples and sprinkle with sugar. 
Roll remaining pastry to cover the apples. Put a cut on top of pastry to allow steam to escape and bake for 25_35 mn .
