2 spoon of olive_oil
25g of grated parmesan
Leafy lettuce heart
4 crusted slices of bread
For the sauce : salt ;pepper;15 cl olive_oil
Step 1
Brown the bread cut into cubes ;3 mn in a little olive_oil
Step 2
Tear the romaine leaves in a salad bowl ,add the croutons previously sponged inabsorbant paper
Prepare the sauce : Cook the egg 1 mn 30 in boiling water
Step4 Reak it into the bowl of a blender and mix with the other ingredients adjust seasoning and add to the salad,
Step 5
Decorate with shavings of parmesan and serve.
