50g sugar
35g butter
7g of dry yeast
A sachet of vanilla
1 egg
2 large spoon of water
Mix the yeast white lukwarm water and milk soft butter vanilla with whip ,incorporate flour ,sugar and salt ,form an homogeneous ball ,let knead 30 mn ,spread and cut circles ,leave knead for a second time then fry in hot oil.
