Lemon Pie is a sweet pie topped with lemon-based cream. it does not not include any fruit.

The cream is a mixture of eggs sugar, lemon juice and zest. also called curd, it’s this cream that

gives the pie its taste.

recipe :

Sweet Dough

• 200g flour
• 100g of melted butter
• 1g salt
• 1 lemon

         The Meringue 

• 140g sugar
• some lemon zest
• 70g egg whites

Lemon Cream

• 120g lemon juice
• zest of two lemon
• 165g butter
• 240g eggs
• 225g sugar
