White beans are very beneficial  for our body, so for the recipe you need a tall glass of white beans spent a night in the water and the next day pass it trough a seive and put it in a casserole dish with three glasses of water and two grated tomatoes plus a teaspoon of canned tomato  and salt, cumin, paprica, olive oil, some parsly and coriander cut, cook for 20mn.
